Society
The main premise of the Fresno Dixieland Society is to foster the development, expansion, preservation, and appreciation of Dixieland traditional jazz music. The Fresno Dixieland Society also endeavors to promote Dixieland traditional music productions, entertainment, concerts, and workshops. The Fresno Dixieland Society also provides encouragement to individuals and groups for the study and playing of Dixieland traditional jazz music.
The Fresno Dixieland Society holds a monthly concert/dance on the second Sunday of each month at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center located on 2233 Ventura Street (Ventura and M Streets) in downtown Fresno from 1-5 PM.
