On tour from San Diego, funky soul jazz from the award winning Steph Johnson Trio. Led by vocalist/ guitarist / songwriter Steph Johnson with Rob Thorsen on upright bass and drummer Fernando Gomez the group "delivers a fiery blend of jazz and soul, not to be missed" (NBC / Robert Bush). The group is celebrating the release of their new CD "Music is Art", produced by grammy award winning Kamau Kenyatta (Gregory Porter - 2014 Best jazz vocal).
