Merrymakers of Whoopee- Early Jazz of the 1920's and 30's. Janet Klein performs obscure, naughty, and lovely tunes from the 1910's , 20's , and 30's. Joined by her L.A. based band members, the Parlor Boys, we'll be treated to spirited and inspired renditions of Tin Pan Alley, early Hot Jazz, vaudeville and Yiddish novelty tunes, ragtime and other rustic gems. Tickets are on sale now through the Alvas Showroom website calendar ( just click on the date). Alvas also welcomes snacks, food and non alcoholic beverages into the venue.
