Trumpeter Theo Croker got his start listening to his grandfather, the late Doc Cheatam. With family and stylistic ties to jazz’s grand history, Theo creates a potent brew of traditional and contemporary sounds. His critically acclaimed 2016 album, Escape Velocity, generated a host of reviews, with The Wall Street Journal heralding the album as “timeless and of-the-moment.” Theo’s Bach debut will feature works from his upcoming album, Star People Nation – come catch a rising star!
